Running Shoes - Asics

I just bought some new running shoes. Asics GEL-NIMBUS 11
They are awesome! Plenty of cushion and support. The sales guy from RUNAZ shop in Gilbert, AZ fit me with a larger shoe than usual. I usually lose my longest toe nail when I'm running often and he said going with a larger shoe will prevent that. So far so good. :)

Navy Sailors

Thanksgiving Turkey Trot - Exercise and Diet

Started training for the Thanksgiving Turkey Trot. Family Fun run of 10k. It really does help to make a commitment with a friend and meet her at 5:30am for a run about twice a week.

I'm addicted to step aerobics. Can't live without it. Add two step classes a week with a cycling class. Boom! My body is taking shape.

Pushing the greens and fruit cleanse. Substitute greens in lieu of starches. Hey! how about those nuts and seeds and back off on the red meat. Drinking my MonaVie juice "Active" for energy and good joint health. I've been sleeping better and popping out of bed.
